"My husband and I purchased our Villa in May 2022. We hired Croft in 2023 to manage our property. Our experience has been nothing but 100% top notch! We are very particular about our home and how it presents to the short-term rental community. We are very hands on as well and needed a management company that was willing to allow us to continue to be hands on and work closely together to co-manage our property.

Croft provided us that reassurance that our home would be cared for and maintained in a manor that fit our high expectations and provided a sense of ease being so far away from the day to day! From shared bookings, maintenance issues to even lawn and pool care, we can be worry free that every little detail is taken care of by the Croft Management team! Over the years we’ve worked together, Paul, Joanne and their team have made my experience nothing short of exceptional. Today we’re sharing what really matters—real feedback from CROFT Property Management owners who are genuinely thrilled with the results and service we deliver.

“It started with us looking for a home in Florida back in 2008.  The realtor experience was available to discuss our budget, location and needs and introduce us to the banks of the locality.  We found one from around five that set us on our way.

We’ve had a friendly relationship during this time and we are pleased to say that all the anticipated needs of running the house are available from the support at Croft.  The lawns are neat and tidy, the pool is tended and cleaning with laundry supplied as necessary.  These are the rolling services managed as guests demand and circumstances dictate.

Repairs are dealt with as breakdown and circumstances dictate.  Croft are at the end of the phone or email and admirably deal with your issues easily from their suppliers and list of contacts.

The team are easily involved in discussion regarding improvements for the benefit of all and will share your problems to achieve a solution.  We are comfortable in taking a back seat and letting Croft manage our home but do like to keep in touch with our costs.  This can be done via the on line portal or our monthly statement.

Croft are always available to discuss any concerns with us and this works well for us from our 3,500 mile remote location.

A great companion and frequently a breath of fresh air.”

✋🏻Fact - This property delivers great rental revenue !

We work with homeowners in the area to help maximize bookings and take the day-to-day stress off owning an investment property. Don’t believe us just read another rave review from a satisfied homeowner.

“We bought our villa in Florida in 2004 and very quickly learned how important the management company is in dictating how successful and enjoyable your Florida journey will be, especially if you live 4000 miles away as we do. We cannot emphasize enough that property management is by far the single most important issue for a villa owner. We have had 3 management companies, with Croft being the most recent. We have been with them for over 4 years now and they are by far the best.

 It is vital that you have confidence in your MC. That confidence is based on trust and communication. Trust is developed over time; it comes from the evidence that you see in the condition of the house, feedback from guests and the number of quality bookings they get for you. We have found Croft to be very approachable, helpful and responsive to any contact, which is vital. (If you have a problem, you need your MC to respond quickly). The house is always immaculate and maintained to a very high standard.

Financially, for the first time since buying the villa, our account with our MC is consistently in the black. The bookings are better in regard to the number and rental rate than anything we have experienced before.

In the early years we were keen to fill the villa with self-generated bookings. We can still do that, but these days we are much less hands on because we can rely on our MC to fill the calendar. It is much less stressful.

The company website gives us instant access to all the information we need in regard to bookings, costs etc and its user friendly.

All things considered, we are enjoying our Florida journey more than ever since we met Croft. We wish we had met them years ago.”

“From the very first time we spoke with Paul and Joanne to when we met in Florida on our first visit to our villa, aside from their friendliness, the thing that struck us was their honesty and integrity. 

From day 1 they gave us valuable advice on running our short term rental business, things to consider and things to avoid. Over the years they have continued to do this, proving that they are there to support long term. With being in the U.K. it is vital to have property managers that you can reach out to but most importantly trust with your investment. 

If ever we need to reach out to ask any questions, responses are always very quick, which again is a massive thing when we are so far away. They understand the way we look after our home and how we want to run our villa and they completely support this, which is of great comfort not only to us but to our guests.

The best testament we can give though is we have now owned our home for 10 years and we have been with Croft since day 1 - in the short term rental/property management businesses this speak volumes”
