𝙏𝙬𝙤 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨, 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙤𝙧, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖 𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙣𝙚𝙮. 🌲🌴

I'm Becky, your host and local REALTOR®! I sell real estate in 𝙈𝙞𝙙𝙘𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙚 and I'm 𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙖. If you're one of the many Mainers who spends February wondering why you live here, I can help with both ends of that.

Come stay at Enchanted Palms Villa and see the area first. Then let's talk about whether owning down here makes sense for you. 🌴☀

A lot of people find their second home by vacationing in it first. 🏡

🌴 𝙁𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙜𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙩 𝙎𝙤𝙡𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙖 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙤𝙧𝙩 🍂

Café Sol Bar & Grille has rolled out a brand-new menu, and it's a good one! Handhelds like the Grilled Mahi Sandwich with pineapple slaw and Sol Coast sauce, the California Chicken Wrap, and a loaded Philly Steak Sub. Fresh options like the Blackened Mahi Mahi Wrap and Chicken Caesar Salad. Build-your-own pizza, wings six ways, and key lime pie to finish.

Best part? The 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐱 𝐅𝐢𝐱𝐞 — $𝟏𝟗.𝟗𝟓 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧, 5:00–7:30 PM daily. A different full dinner every night: taco bar Tuesdays, turkey pot pie Wednesdays, BBQ ribs Thursdays, pizza night Fridays, mojo pork Saturdays. Pick-up, delivery, or poolside. No cooking, no cleanup, no leaving the resort!

🏡 𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙮𝙚𝙨! 𝙒𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙖𝙩 𝙀𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙖𝙡𝙢𝙨 𝙑𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙖!

Stay steps from all of it. Solterra's lazy river, pool, and Café Sol are right there, and Disney is minutes away. Fall is our favorite season here! Smaller crowds, perfect weather, and rates that beat the holiday rush.

Book direct with Ever After Vacation Homes and let us handle the magic. ✨

Excited to share some progress on The Lawn at Solterra! ⛳

Construction is moving right along! The putting green is really taking form, fresh turf keeps going down, and the brand new sign is officially in place.

When it's all finished, this space will bring together:
🏐 Beach volleyball
🎯 Bocce ball
🥾 Horseshoes
⛳ A putting green
🌽 Co****le
♟️ Lawn chess

It's not open just yet, but it's fun watching this community amenity come to life piece by piece.

Relax. Play. Connect. The vision behind The Lawn is really starting to show!
