The Royal Zen Den is the 2nd property we launched last year one year after our 1st unit. It is unique for its "zen" atmosphere featuring an outside balcony equipped with a fire table, egg chair, and bar! It's perfect for relaxing and maybe doing some yoga or just reading a book!

Do you have children attending NIU or Kishwaukee College? Maybe you're alumni coming back for a event or just visiting the area, well we have something in store for you just in time for the holidays! You asked and we shall provide! Our other locations has received so many rave reviews 🙌🏿 and everyone wanted something bigger from us to host more people. Our 3rd location has officially launched!!! This accommodates 6 ppl & more ! We definitely worked this layout for luxury and comfort!

Royal's Château has some amenities that our other locations may not have...

Of course all of our luxury units have a coffee bar, but the Château also comes with a variety of tea selections! It will also carry a sample of Royal Morowa's Jamaican Herbal Tea. Purchase of a full serving size will be available if requested.

The Château also will provide our guests with a variety complimentary seasonings. We try to accommodate our guests as much as possible by taking care of the little stuff that can be a big hassle while trying to relax & vacation.

This unit comes with a spacious patio for family or friends to enjoy! It has a BBQ grill, outdoor cooler to keep drinks cold in the summer, table & chairs for 6 ppl, and a patio heater for the cooler times.

With our other units we noticed that drinking water is something every guests needs & is essential. We decided to invest in a water dispenser. We are really excited about this new addition to one of Royal's Hideaways.

Last but certainly not least we added a electric fireplace to add to the ambiance of the entire space!
