Fourteen (14) speakers participated in the Region Oratorical Contest on April 12 representing 7 of our 31 Optimist Clubs in the region. The following winners, from this Regional Contest, will move on to the District's Oratorical Contest on the afternoon of May 17th at the Double Tree / Hilton Inn in Bay City.
