That's actually the standard definition of corporate housing in general, fully furnished apartments you can book for 30 days or more, built for business travelers, relocating employees, and anyone else who needs a real home base without signing a full year-long lease or living out of a hotel.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

Can You Extend a Corporate Housing Lease If Your Assignment Changes?

Short answer: yes. Anyone who's dealt with relocations knows plans shift, your project runs longer than expected, closing gets pushed back, or your company extends your assignment. We build our leases around your actual timeline instead of locking you into some rigid six- or twelve-month term.
