Bed and Beer It is currently under renovation. The Summerlin is an 1890s is the last surviving Victorian house on the block. It is located from across from the Helen P.

The Summerlin House, a national landmark in Rocky Mount, NC, is the sole surviving home from the city’s 1890s boom on Church Street, a historic avenue once filled with the large homes of leading citizens.
