Thanksgiving Pies - FINAL CALL - Deadline for orders is November 21, pies cost $35 ± tax.

Here is why my pies are so much better than shop bought - because of the pàte sucré. A gourmet combination of butter, egg and sugar, which when made correctly result in a crisp pastry that melts in your mouth. For me it's like a cordon bleu 'playdoh'

Now it's time for me to start playing with pastry so you will have your pies by Thanksgiving. Pie choices are Apple, Apple blueberry, pumpkin pecan, deep lemon, chocolate or mini minced fruit tarts x 12.
