El Sobrante Stroll 2018 - Sunday September 16 25th Annual El Sobrante Stroll Official Page. Sponsored by El Sobrante Chamber of Commerce. Dam Rd closed 7am-6pm. Parade at 11, then stroll til 4 pm.

Enjoy Pancakes by Boy Scouts at the Elks Lodge from 7 to 11 am. Parade from Walgreens to Oliver's at 11 am, then stroll until 4 pm. Bands, Food, over 200 booths, and a great Car Show. Road closed from Appian to El Portal 7 am to 6 pm. Shuttle runs Hilltop Park and Ride, then Boys & Girls Club on Appian Way, then El Sobrante Library - looping all day. Bring your friends.
