It’s all starting to come together 🏡✨

Windows are in and this place is looking more and more like a home. There’s something so exciting about watching all the pieces finally start to fall into place!

Huge shout out to our dad and (Johnny’s) father in law who have jumped in to help along the way. Having our family and friends out here putting in the work alongside us makes building these homes even more special.

A lot of hard work, and so much progress. We can’t wait to show you what’s next! 🔨

Most people would have called it a Snow Day but it was just another work day over at The Retreat!

It’s hard to believe that not long ago this was just a piece of land waiting for someone to turn into something! Watching it slowly come together day by day has been one of the most rewarding experiences!

Here’s to the long cold days (we are glad you are behind us), the toughest conditions and to every milestone that gets us one step closer! 🏡❄️

It was a cold, snowy winter here in Northern Michigan, but the work never stopped.

While the ground was frozen and the snow kept falling, the guys kept working and everyday got us one step closer to bringing you your next favorite Northern Michigan stay!!
