NOW OPEN - The Aerobics, Yoga & Arts Studio officially opened June 6th. Looks great. Classes to start soon. Check it out. BTW - Fitness Center open daily 5:30am to 10:30pm. Olympic Lap Pool open dawn to dusk. Tennis Center 8:00am to 10:30pm.

CONSTRUCTION COMPLETE ON AEROBICS, YOGA & ARTS STUDIOS. Club staff already moved in. Studios should be opening to Rapallo residents in a week or so. Activities Director will publish classes available.

COMING SOON - YOGA, AEROBICS, DANCE, CREATIVE ARTS. The 4500 sq.ft. Learning Center renovations are almost complete. Looks terrific. Classes have already started in outdoor and indoor "make-shift" areas. ALSO - tai chi, zumba and belly dance classes have been added. It's rockin.

THE GREAT WHITE NORTH - Never seen so many licence plates from Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia even Alberta. Canadians have discovered paradise and its called Estero. They love Coconut Point Town Center and bargain hunting at Miramar Outlets. They also love Rapallo. 5 of the last 10 home sales have been Canadians. Maybe 'cuz the developers are Canadian. Oui, on parle francais ici.
