Many are wondering - so here is the most recent update we have.

For the past 6 months we have been dealing with offers and negotiations and sales agreements and lawyers 😵‍💫 which has now proven to be too much for us to handle. So we have asked someone very close to us to take over the sale. It will be “officially” listed soon.

No matter what happens, The Pines is always booking events 🎉 and our clients will be the first to know if and when new ownership will take over.

For now, you get to enjoy The Lidwells a little bit longer 😉

And if you’re someone who has an interest, please don’t be afraid to reach out. I would love to discuss ideas and plans for this building!

Hi everyone!
A new year update from The Pines 🥳

2025 was amazing and we want to say thank you to our small community who showed up in BIG ways. 2026 already looks bigger and better than ever! And as most know, we are in the process of changing ownership this year. This is GOOD news because new owners means new ideas and more possibilities 🎉

Even with change brewing, we are ALWAYS booking! So please don’t be afraid to reach out and secure a date for your upcoming event.
