Garrison Diversion is a proud partner of this annual event held by the North Dakota Water Education Foundation (NDWEF). The money raised goes towards scholarships for students attending a North Dakota college or university whose families have played an active role in state water resource management. Garrison Diversion is responsible for the operations and maintenance of key Garrison Diversion Unit facilities, including the Snake Creek Pumping Plant, through a cooperative agreement with the Bureau of Reclamation.
