Services:
-$627 per lot and per month, includes:
-Water, sewer, wifi and individual trash cans.
-Electrical is billed separately.
-up to 2 cars allowed per spot.
-Fees allow for 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs.
There is an extra fee of $30 for additional kids.

Deposit and fees:
-$200 refundable electric deposit.
-$100 refundable general deposit.
-$3.5 booking fee.
-2.8% + $0.2 credit card fee.
