Amanda is our Chief of Staff that is responsible for managing our operations team of cleaners and contractors to ensure all the short term and long term rentals are operating as smoothly as possible. She checks in with our short term guests at Giggling Creek Cottage and Chestnut View Cottage, and ensures that our quality standards surpass guest, tenant & shareholder expectations with Mavinstone and affiliated companies.

Felicia is our Revenue Manager. She is responsible for all holdings to generate revenue, business development/expansion and serves as the business liaison for all Henry County small business partnerships. She handles all financial reporting and social media strategy on behalf of Mavinstone and affiliated companies.
