Shoulder Season (April/May; September/October) $650 per night and Off Season (November-March) $200 per night. Two night minimum.

Fully insulated four season beach home. 2100sq.ft. with 4 spacious bedrooms plus loft. Sleeps 8 adults plus kids. Large gathering areas include living room, dining area, den, and wraparound deck. 2 full bathrooms (one with 2 person whirlpool bath tub), outdoor shower. Window A/C units, fans, oil heat, gas fireplace. High speed internet throughout. 2 smart tv’s with ROKU. DVD’s and player. Stocked eat in kitchen, filtered water system, insulated refillable water bottles, coffee maker, blender, mixer, food processor, indoor laundry room, detergent, BBQ, grilling utensils, propane, games, puzzles, cards, karaoke microphones, crafting supplies, beach chairs, toys, corn home, beach pong, tetherball, pickleball, boogie boards, SUP, kayaks. Beach and bath towels, linens, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins. Boat slip available for 18” or under draw $40/day.

Steps from Ocean and Bay. Enjoy the Atlantique “Shack” June-October for breakfast, lunch, dinner, spirits, live music, bingo and more! Access to 2 playgrounds, basketball courts, handball walls, co****le. Take a 20 minute scenic walk or a fun water taxi ride to Ocean Beach, Fair Harbor, neighboring towns, FI Lighthouse or Captree Fishing Fleet for shops, bars, and restaurants.

Ferries available from Bay Shore to Atlantique (seasonal-call first), Ocean Beach, Fair Harbor and Dunewood. Or book a private cross-bay passenger and freight charter from Bay Shore to Atlantique with Fire Island Water Taxi. Dock to door freight delivery available.

Happy Fall to my beautiful happy summer renters! It’s about that time to get your 2024 weeks penciled in.
I will be changing check in/out, to Sunday-Sunday, due to my new mainland bus driving job. I miss seeing you guys even for a brief welcome and farewell!
Some of you have mentioned swapping weeks so let me know and I will see what I can do. Texting is always best 631-335-1522.
If you will not be rolling over your security deposit, it will be returned ASAP. ☺️
And PLEASE if you have enjoyed tiquen it easy in the summer, PLEASE PLEASE be my guest for a complimentary night or two during the off season. You must experience your happy place in cooler weather!!!! It’s very different. But VERY AMAZING.

Ferries are running to Atlantique!!!! Let’s celebrate at Fire Island Beach House - tiquen it easy!!!! OPEN HOUSE this SATURDAY 4/15-SUNDAY 4/16.
I’ll be doing busy work, but will definitely take some breaks and may even jump in the ocean!
So come by for a minute, a day, the night! BYOB-Fruits&Veggies ‘cause we can carb load on the winter stock!😜
