No longer doing Airbnb after 7 years! Long term rental! The downstairs and the upstairs with a different tenant. I love the flicker bulbs the tenant put in the light fixtures!🔥

Ace Hardware ladies night was a blast as usual! I have gone for several years and this year was AMAZING! I enjoyed the evening meeting so many great people while shopping, got some great deals and the food was delicious! I LOVE polywood furniture! They sell this beautful furniture at your local Ace Hardware! 😍

One of our 4 mini split AC units, the living room unit, decided to stop working during our guest stay! Had the AC tech come right out to find we need a new compressor. I offered our upstairs unit and refunded them for the first night of their 3 night reservation.
When negative things happen during a guest stay it is how well you handle the situations and how you treat the guest that is important. This is one of the ways we continue getting 5⭐️ reviews and remain a Superhost!
