I always get excited when we're about to create something off the charts. This build, Aspen Haven by Luxhytte, is another short stay vacation rental walking distance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Itl'l be the perfect, private spot to escape the city, disconnect and bask in nature.

Stay tuned as we'll be sharing more on this one as we come out of the ground.

This will be our third Luxhytte short stay in the last 2 years, with three more to come in Loveland, Colorado on the project boards!

The Earthbuilt Associates crew has a range of new projects underway in Colorado!

We have a renovation of a 100 year old cottage on the river (our next luxury short term rental).

A fresh line of sleek concrete sinks has been launched (under the banner). We also have a new build mountain getaway on 4 acres of lush aspen forest that is walking distance to Rocky Mountain National Park called Luxhytte at Aspen Creek.

Additionally, we are in the process of dividing up one of our properties into a sleek luxury development in Loveland, Colorado.
