We have been so fortunate to have guests whom we know visit and enjoy The Sunnyside.

If you visit The Sunnyside, make sure you head out back to the canal. Just a few steps from the condo, manatees visit regularly. They are so fun to watch and make the funniest 'snorting' sound.

Our phones have so many manatee pictures and videos because it never gets old.

They appeared on cue for our Memorial Day visit and showed off for our first-time-visiting friend.

We visited The Sunnyside and freshened it up again to get it ready for you!

The beach towels are rolled, the kids' area is organized, the beach toys are ready, the batteries are charged, and the welcome mat is out! We even added more records and a couple more games! We can't wait for you to visit!
