You will receive the on-base rate and can use that to stay off base.

Some bases, like Eglin have on-base rates close to $150 depending on the season.

Attention Eglin F-35 TXers, future F-35 spouses or anyone who knows someone who’s going to the F-35 TX, phenomenal property available steps from the beach and only 20 mins from the 60th or 58th on Eglin. Very close to Hurlburt as well.
