🌴 Palm Tree Trimming Notice for Destin West Bayside (Aug 24–28)

I would like to share a quick update for anyone staying at Destin West Bayside next week. The HOA will be doing palm tree trimming throughout the property, and a few areas will be affected on specific days.

📅 Schedule
Monday 8/24 — Sandpiper & Osprey parking lots (please move cars)

Tuesday 8/25 — Pelican & Heron parking lots (please move cars)

Wednesday 8/26 — Main pool deck & Lazy River closed until 5 PM

Thursday 8/27 — Around the Lazy River & BBQ area

Friday 8/28 — Clean‑up crew & pressure washing as needed

What Guests Should Know:

- Parking areas will be blocked off early in the morning on the scheduled days.
- The Lazy River will reopen after 5 PM on Wednesday.
- Some noise may be heard around the resort during trimming hours.
- Amenities return to normal once each area is finished.

Thank you for an amazing summer!

know I haven’t posted much lately, summer kept me super busy in the best way. June and July were full of amazing guests, and I just want to say thank you to everyone who trusted me and gave me the chance to show that I can be a great host. I appreciate every single one of you.

Things are slowing down a bit now, and I have plenty of open dates this month and in the upcoming months. Snowbirds, if you’re looking for a cozy spot for the winter, feel free to reach out, I’d love to host you.

I also have some plans for the condo this winter to make it even better for future stays, so I’m excited for what’s coming!

Both of my June guests had to cancel unexpectedly, so I now have a full 2‑week opening from June 6-20 at my Destin West Bayside condo.
The unit has beautiful bay and lazy river views, fully stocked, sleeps 6, and I’m allowing flexible dates, 2-3 night stays are welcome.
