Cook Co IL has lost track of close to 10% of the defendants they’re supposed to monitor on ankle bracelets. This is why IL should legalize bail agents! Simply speaking, we outperform all other types of pretrial release. Why? Because we have the best appearance rates because we have skin in the game. When the defendant fta’s, it’s our job go right to work on finding the absconder and bringing their wayward soul back to jail. Plus, we do it without cost to the taxpayer.

22 Years......It has been 22 years today that a family has gone without answers. Somebody out there knows something and we don't want the Morgan County community to forget Ronli.

On April 15, 2004, 24-year-old Ronli Ratliff was found murdered in her home in Mooresville, Indiana. Her body was discovered by firefighters responding to a blaze that had engulfed her residence. An autopsy revealed that she had been killed before the fire started. The case remains unsolved, though dedicated members of the Cold Case Team continue to Investigate Ronli’s death. The circumstances of her death, combined with the fire, suggest a deliberate attempt to destroy evidence and complicate the investigation.
