Looking for a place to stay away from the crowds this April and May? Want to catch the end of the ski season at Park City and Deer Valley? This is it!
Looking for a responsible renter (up to 6 people) for our investmentent propery in Kamas, Utah. Above 6,000 feet in elevation, Kamas is just 25 minutes east of Park City. We are located at the entrace to the massive Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, near mulitple lakes, hiking and biking trails, but only 50 minutes from Salt Lake City and SLC airport.
We’ll be out of the country trekking and climbing this spring in Nepal 😀 and we don’t want the home to be empty 🙁
New house! 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2 story home with large garage and driveway. Living room with leather reclining couches 4k LCD tv, high speed internet for streaming, and Nintindo Switch. Gourmet kitchen with microwave, oven, range, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators/freezers huge center island. 1 King bed with attached 3/4 bath, 1 queen with attached full bath, 1 queen and one single thet share a full bath. 5 person hot tub on the back deck! Plenty of free parking in our driveway and on the street in our quiet subdivision.
It’s “shoulder season” and our friends and family price reflect that. Asking just $2,000 per month ($500 per week), with a rental cleaning fee of $200 per month (professional cleaning performed once each month), so total cost (no other fees) just at ***$2,200 per month***. This is our lowest price of the year! Ski season is $2,000 per week, and summer is $1,000 per week. House is available starting on 31 March. Want to stay into June? Let’s talk!
Park City ski resort is a 25 minute drive, Deer Valley is 30 minutes, and they are usually open through mid April or later depending on snow conditions. Take the free shuttle to save parking fees and get dropped off right at the lift line, shuttle lot for both resorts is just a 20 minute drive. Since we are already in the mountains, you avoid climbing the mountain and bad traffic on I-80 driving to/from the slopes each day…without the crazy prices in Park City.
Flying in? Uber over and rent one of our 4x4/all wheel drive vehicles for much less than renting at the airport. Both have snow tires.
