If you love a hot bowl for breakfast but would love an alternative, try quinoa. It’s a great source of protein, with all the essential amino acids to make it a complete protein. I like to cook a pot of quinoa on the weekend and then use it in a variety of ways throughout the week.
To my breakfast quinoa I add vanilla, cinnamon, coconut oil, walnuts, pecans, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, collagen, berries and a tiny bit of maple syrup. Really nice and satisfying.

Think outside the box! the typical American breakfast is mostly refined carbs: cereal, bagels, pancakes, etc. Bill’s breakfast choice this morning is far removed from that. So many veg it’s hard to count - even olives! Tomatoes, red onion, cucumber hidden under all the greens. Try being creative with breakfast every morning!
