🥂Hosted by John & Evelyn Washburne, proceeds from this years Sparkling Evening will benefit end of year giving campaign. The evening will feature a dazzling selection of 25+ sparkling wines from around the world, a pop-up bar, a curated Holiday pop-up shop by , and artisanal hand-rolled ci**rs from **rs.fbg

🥂Entertainment for the evening includes Christmas carols sung by members of the FHS Choir, followed by a special set from and , and ending with Moving in Stereo closing out an incredible evening with an all vinyl DJ set!

🥂And as if this evening couldn’t be more spectacular, Executive Chef Evan Michels’s has composed a decadent hors d’oeuvres buffet to accompany the evening’s sparkling selections.

Side Street Hospitality Culinary Director Adam Yoho and August E's Executive Chef Evan Michels have joined forces to create a dynamic menu that showcases stellar wines from Heidi Schrock, Weingut von Winning, Selbach Oster, and Weingut Sprietzer. Many people f you will be familiar with their wines that we’ve served over the years and naturally, we will be highlighting some of the top wines these producers make. Menu details coming soon!
