I want to RAVE on this lovely place and it’s owner/operator! GOOD FOUNDATION FREDERICKSBURG Coffee & Yoga has quickly become one of my top local favorites!!! Shelby is a master at all things she sets her knowledge and creativity on! Not only is she a Yoga Teacher Master, and Coffee/Tea Drink Maker Pro, she holds so much awesome info about health and wellness, and makes her own oils, flavors, etc!! Please, go visit !!!
