Our Director of Franchise Operations from Wyndham stopped by our hotel yesterday to recognize our outstanding team for Housekeeping Appreciation Week. Upon arrival he shared the exciting news with us that we are ranked #1 in the state for both our cleanliness score and OSAT! Obviously we are so proud of the housekeeping team for this incredible achievement but the icing was hearing that our overall guest satisfaction is also ranked #1! Wow!!! This is significant because it really shows how we work together as a team and help each other from one department to the next. Our guests can see this in the quality of our service and guest rooms and they are sharing it online and in surveys. The work environment and culture we have fostered at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham at Georgetown Lake is absolutely amazing and I am so honored to be a part of it. Way to go team!!🎉🙌

★★★★★ "The staff here is absolutely incredible. Views are amazing. Had a 4 day ski trip planned here in the area. First day on the slopes I broke my knee bad and had to have surgery that day. I was stuck in my hotel room my remaining days here. I couldn't of asked for a better place to be....
