Yes! My photography and model coaching skills is coming back in action! Not only do I love modeling, I love coaching and taking pictures as well! After much pushing and prodding (insects and all) with my niece Priscilla , I was able to take this cool photo of her against a background of my vines that was growing on the side and all over my house. When you see... Picture perfect! 👌🏼 You have to do it! 😃 But isn't she beautiful?! She has the most beautiful alluring eyes! All the models I've coached and worked with have something very special in them, they just need some positive pushing, practice and my help to shine it! 😉👄💁🏻📸

Love how Carrie Bradshaw is so fashion forward! She likes to play with her clothes and puts things together even if it doesn't make sense. Reminds me of myself. This happens when I haven't shopped in a while and end up creating stylish looks from my closet when I put old to new pieces together! :D You don't have to spend tons of money, you just have to have an open mind and let your creativity take over! Keep being creative fashionistas! It's fun!

Following up on the success of Fashion For A New Life 4, benefiting the Homeless Youth Connection, we’re going to continue the momentum and conduct a drive to assist HYC in gathering items that they need for the youths that they serve.

HYC Current Needs: (**most needed)
Deadline: HYC None, these items are always needed. Byrd Hotel Group / Fashion For A New Life will be collecting until the end of March 31st, @ 11:59pm.

This includes…

**New Shampoo & Conditioners (any brand)
**Sunscreens (summer is coming)
**Razors
** Shaving Cream
Feminine Products
Deodorants for Men & Women
Chapstick with spf
*New or Gently used clothing for High School Students (Ages 8-18 for female and male requested)

Donated products can be left in grocery bags
Clothing donations can be placed in large bags or trash bags. You can deliver any of these needed items anytime to our Hampton hotel front desk until the end of March.

Location for Drop off: We will have a donation Box at our Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel. 2000 N. Litchfield Rd. Goodyear AZ, 85395

Cash or Check Donation: Please make it out to Pisteos International, so that we can give you a tax gift receipt (upon request) *We will be shopping for these items through out the whole month of March. *Mark envelope with Attention to: Jewel Byrd and leave it with our front desk hotel staff, they will put it in our mailbox.

One of our wonderful models, the reigning Mrs. Arizona Tiffany Hooper, is also one of our event sponsors through her company, Arizona Living Real Estate.

One of our previous designers, Sheri Loraine, has committed to help us raise funds for the Homeless Youth Connection, even though she wasn't able to participate in this year's show.

Sheri has donated this amazing dress to our silent auction.

The hand-prints outlined by the crystals on this dress are from her foster children (The handprint on the front (which would be like over your heart if you are wearing it) is my foster son Angel who we are adopting when legal issues subside. The other handprints were from various places. Each handprint is a different child. Some handprints came from the child crisis center and others just from the community.)

Not only is this dress beautiful and full of meaning, but it fits perfectly with our purposes for this year's show.
