UPDATE: Power has been restored!!!

Thank you to all who have checked on us after last nights storm!! We are sooo thankful the only damage at Stark Manor were limbs down, a broken spot in the fence, and a cooperative cow out. It came CLOSE so we are so grateful!! We are currently out of power but the crews are out and working hard to restore everyone’s power 💚

We do have a last minute opening this weekend and considering the yard mess and the uncertainty of power I will reduce the nightly rate substantially!!

So many fruits growing beautifully at Stark Manor right now!! And while Kincaid is loving life in with the ladies, I’m going to utilize his pasture (that the soaking tubs face) to plant sunflowers 🌻😍
Now let’s hope the wildlife do not eat all my seeds 😬🙏🏻

Today was the perfect example of why I love the highland breed (and so far the Dexter breed) and why we only keep and breed the most docile ones. I was able to move our bull, cows, & calves on my own today (even in slides lol). I think they just might even cooperate and behave better than our dogs 😂
