We’re moving into our third six week series soon and I have THREE spots available!!

It runs from JUNE 2-JULY 7 and we will practice every TUESDAY @ 10am in my cozy home studio in Granbury/Glen Rose.

Whether you’re brand new and have been “yoga curious” or you’re an advanced practitioner…this class is for EVERYONE 🙏🏼

What to expect….

🧘🏼‍♀️ a non judgemental, welcoming environment…even for those that are brand new to this practice

🧘🏼‍♀️ a light, playful, and modern approach to this age old practice

🧘🏼‍♀️ a semi-private feel with a small group for added individual attention

🧘🏼‍♀️ 💯 guaranteed to feel lighter and brighter when you leave

I’ve been a student and teacher of yoga for 22 years, and I’m really looking forward to building community and connecting to people who are interested in health/wellness and dedicated to their personal growth on every level 🙏🏼

Nothing like a beautiful blank canvas to begin the creative process…I’m working behind the scenes as we speak to bring you online offerings to suit every yoga need from my cozy new space. I can’t WAIT to reconnect with my past yoga students and greet all the new ones that find their way to me.

This is who I am. It’s what I do. And it will be a gift given AND received every single day to share these teachings and everyday inspirations with all of you 💚
