Carillon North an Active Adult Community

Carillon North, a private 55 plus community for active adults, is nestled among the lakes, ponds and savannas of Lake County. A resort-like setting complete with golf course, tennis court, indoor swimming pool and clubhouse creates the perfect adult lifestyle. Located in historic Grayslake between Highways 45 and 83 on the south side of Rollins Road, the Carillon North community is just west of the Rollins Savanna Forest Preserve. Whatever lifestyle you dream of, we have it here! There is never a dull moment with the year-round pool, billiard room, fitness area, computer room, craft room, lending library and morning till night activities. All activities and groups are developed and implemented by the homeowners of the community. The heated pool and hot tub, fitness classes, tennis courts, horseshoe pit, walking paths, and nearby biking trails make it easy and fun to stay fit. Put away your snow shovels, lawn mowers, and garden gloves. All landscaping and snow removal is included in the HOA assessment. There are no concerns about security. Here you are surrounded by friends who care about and watch out for each other. Our two back gates are down 24/7. The gates at main entrance are opened from 5am to 9pm, then closed from 9pm to 5am. Security gates are accessible only by personal residency cards or by dialing a resident at the call box.
