Our newly completed park is situated on the west-bound access road of Interstate 30 approximately 3-1/2 miles west of Greenville, Texas. We offer 74 sites which, at each site, provide convenient hook-ups for power (20/30/50-amp connections), water, sanitary sewer, free Wi-Fi service. All RV sites front on a paved roadway and can accommodate RV’s up to 45’ in length. We also prov

ide laundry facilities for our residents, a full-time park manager who resides on the site, twice-weekly trash pick-up from each site, and a large fenced dog park as part of the amenities offered. Our goal is to provide you with a satisfying stay at our park that is convenient to numerous shopping and dining facilities in nearby Greenville, Texas and offers, as well, excellent on-off access to/from Interstate 30 in both directions of travel.

Summer Freeze Promotion!!!

1770 RV PARK IS OFFERING A FREE MONTH TO ALL NEW RESIDENTS!

To be eligible for this promotion, you must stay a minimum of 3 months at the park. To move in, just pay the normal security deposit of $200, and a flat electricity fee of $150.

After the first 30 days the tenant shall be responsible for paying a prorated rent to finish out the current month at $670 per month.

Following this proration, the tenant shall pay a monthly lot rent of $670 per month, which includes all hookups( electricity, water,sewer, and Wi-Fi), and is due on the 1st of every month.

To take advantage of this amazing offer, please enter the park prior to August 31st!

If you know anybody that needs a place to stay, we also do $50 referrals at your favorite restaurant or store. (Yes, sharing this post counts as referring). Referrals to be paid out following the completion of the 3 month stay requirement.
