Make a stop at Cat Island Coffeehouse & Bookstore for a great cup of coffee, something sweet, and plenty of books to browse! It’s the perfect little spot to slow down, grab a new read, and support a local business. ❤️

One of the things we love most about our little stretch of beach is how shallow the water is, making it perfect for little swimmers, splashing, digging, and exploring. 🏖️🪣

No rushing back to the shore after every wave — just hours of making memories, finding shells, building sandcastles, and enjoying that Gulf Coast sunshine. ☀️

If you’re looking for a beach that’s family-friendly and easy for kids to enjoy, this is one of the reasons we love it here. 💙

We almost passed by Pebble House because we aren't really into crystals... but our kids spotted lapis, obsidian, quartz, amethyst, and so many other rocks they recognized from Minecraft!

They had an absolute blast pointing out everything they'd mined in the game, and honestly, they could have spent hours exploring.

Whether you're a rock collector, crystal enthusiast, or just have kids who love Minecraft, it's a fun stop that's a little different from the usual beach attractions.
