Labor Day Weekend is almost here 😳 We have plenty planned to keep everyone busy! If you would like to be a site host for the poker run please let us know by Thursday if possible! The ticket auction will be on Sunday, we ask that all donations be dropped off to the office by 9 PM Saturday so we can set up and organize.

Or you can do a wooden sign, that will be $45.00

Dust off those cowboy boots and grab your cowboy hats for this weekend! If you are participating in the BBQ cookoff please have your item to the office by 4 pm Saturday! If you would like to participate in the horseshoe tournament on Saturday please sign up in the office by 11 am Saturday. Lastly don’t forget to join us at our horse races Saturday evening, all are welcome and we will be looking for “horse jockeys” so if interested let us know! 🤠

Good Morning, We need your HELP! We have a horseshoe tournament planned for this Saturday BUT we need someone who knows how to run one to help us out! So if you know how to run one and are willing to help please let us know ASAP! Also we would like to see how much interest there is in participation, if no one is interested in playing we don’t want to waste a lot of time organizing it for no one to show up. So please if you can help or if you’d like to play comment on this thread and we will go from there! Thank you all 🤠
