🔥 Ruthie’s backyard just got a BIG upgrade!

We’ve been busy creating an outdoor space that’s every bit as welcoming as the inside of Ruthie—and we’re so excited with how it turned out! 💛

Our newly landscaped backyard now features a dedicated firepit gathering area, complete with plenty of seating for evenings spent around the fire, roasting marshmallows, sharing stories or simply relaxing after a day exploring Hayward.

Add in our outdoor dining area, grill, beautiful flowers and plenty of room to spread out, and Ruthie’s backyard has become one of our favorite spaces at the cottage. 🌸🔥🌲

And those cheerful vintage yellow chairs from Rusty China ? We think they were made for summer nights around the fire. 💛

Another little piece of Ruthie brought back to life—and ready for our guests to enjoy!

Come stay awhile. There’s still plenty of Hayward season left!
