What another incredible summit! Our entire management team made it out to the IHG Elevate Summit at the Crowne Plaza King of Prussia—and let’s just say… we didn’t just show up, we showed up 😄

We even teamed up with the amazing GM from the Holiday Inn Express Chambersburg (shoutout to the Baywood Hotels crew!)—because nothing says “hospitality pros” like swapping ideas, stories, and probably a few too many “why didn’t we think of that?!” moments.

All jokes aside, we love opportunities like this—learning new ways to elevate the guest experience, bring fresh energy back to our hotel, and keep raising the bar (because average just isn’t our thing).

Safe to say… our guests better be ready—we’re coming back with ideas 🔥
