💙🧊 **THE ICE HAS MELTED… BUT THE MOMENTUM CAN’T STOP!** 🧊💙

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge at **Candlewood Suites Hazleton** was never meant to be just one event, one video, or one bucket of ice water.

**It was meant to start something.**

We took the challenge. We raised awareness. We raised funds. We made some noise.

**Now it’s time to KEEP IT GOING.** 💪💙

Every hotel we nominate, every person who accepts the challenge, every video that gets shared, and every donation made keeps ALS in the conversation.

Our challenge to everyone who has been nominated:

🧊 Alright y’all… THIS JUST HAPPENED! 🪣💙

The VP of Operations with IHG Hotels just called me to let me know he officially completed the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge! 🙌

Now THAT is what stepping up looks like! 👏

It’s amazing to see people in leadership positions use their platform to bring awareness to something that affects so many lives. And the best part? You don’t have to be a VP, CEO, or anyone “important” to make a difference. You just have to be willing to step up. 💙

So here’s my challenge to YOU:

As we all know, the 🧊🪣 Ice Bucket Challenge was officially completed… BUT guess what?! The fight doesn’t end when the ice melts! 💙

Completing the challenge was just one step. The real goal is a world without ALS, and THAT is the fight we continue. 💪💙

Here’s a video of Michele Williams Yelland talking with our staff and giving them a real glimpse into what it’s like to live with ALS. Her strength, courage, and willingness to share her story are exactly why we keep showing up. 🥹💙

Today, our team officially took on the The ALS Association Ice Bucket Challenge as part of IHG Hotels & Resorts Giving for Good initiative — and WOW, was it COLD! 🥶😂

But those few seconds of freezing water were about so much more than having fun. We did this to raise awareness, start conversations, and stand beside everyone living with ALS. Every bucket dumped, every donation made, and every share helps keep ALS in the spotlight and brings us one step closer to the ultimate goal: a world without ALS. 💙
