This week’s island fact is all about the Snowflake Moray Eel — Puhi Kapa 🐍✨
These colorful reef residents hang out in shallow waters and tide pools all across Hawaiʻi. They may look a little spooky, but they’re usually calm and only bite if they feel threatened.

Kids love spotting them — and honestly, so do we! 😅🌈
