A guest approached me with a request to create a customized package to surprise their husband for his birthday, providing a budget and answering a few questions. As a small business owner working hard to give the best guest experience I can, it’s disheartening to see your property treated like this. We had 3 in this same condition in 3 days. Please be respectful of the places you’re staying in and keep in mind most of the individuals that own short term rentals don’t have the capital that Hilton has so extra cleaning fees and repairing damages is hard on the wallet. We strive to keep things affordable for everyone to enjoy. Thanks!
