Details I loved from it:

- turning a brand launch into an experience for the Texas team
- the bottle openers worked equally well for both men and women
- bright colors —-> clear favorite
- guests couldn’t wait to pick their engraved bottle opener up and they were all collected 15 minutes before the event ended

Safe to say the personalized gifting experience was a hit!

During events, my focus is on interacting with guests and getting every engraved piece just right, so capturing content can be tricky and doesn’t always go as planned.

At almost every event I hear things like:

“Is that your handwriting?”

“You’re writing straight on them!”

“Are you really doing that freehand?”

The gifting changes, but watching guests realize the calligraphy personalization is all done freehand never gets old.

Giving guests options changes the whole experience.

Instead of everyone receiving the same favor, guests got to choose between leather luggage tags and engraved slate coasters, then personalize their pick.

I loved hearing friends and couples talk through the pros and cons of each before making their final decision. The luggage tags were the clear favorite, but both were a hit.

Providing guests with a choice between items adds another level of personalization to the live calligraphy customization experience.

Live calligraphy is about more than adding a name. It’s about creating an experience, and giving guests a choice between gifts makes it even more memorable.

Debossing is one of my favorite options for live events.

It’s quick. Completely silent. And no dust or mess.

That means no stopping during toasts or presentations, no mask, and more time chatting with guests while I work.

Houston Calligraphy & Engraving Artist | Amanda and I easily personalized leather keychains for up to 200 guests who stopped by our table that evening, with time for more.

I’ve been getting a lot more requests for debossing this year and I’m not mad about it!
