Hello everyone, I am working on some new things for my businesses. Both LighthouseTx-Catering and Event Planning, as well as Pampered Chef. In just a short while, I will be rolling out a custom series of sauces. These will be multi-functional as for dipping, marinading, cooking, or as dressings. So far, I have 6 to choose from, with a special bonus #7, as a Create Your Own. I look forward to getting started on these right away. Thank you in advance for thinking of me for your next sauce purchase. Below is a list of what will be available first. I will add to the collection as we go. 💚

Homemade chips/fries today. Take a baker russet potato, and slice it into 8. Add a touch of olive oil, a sprinkling of Himalayan pink salt, (ground) a dusting of garlic powder and black pepper. And, perfection. 🤓 Bake in the oven at 450 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Add any seasoning you wish. These will turn out awesome. You can easily substitute any potato, and interchange the seasonings. It’s a win all around.

We have our 3 judges for the Pampered Chef Salad Challenge. Please everyone submit your entries here on the challenge forum. Vanessa, Lindsey, Mika, and I will judge the top 5 entries, and choose winners in that order. The top 5 will receive a free Pampered Chef gift personally from me of the list I send to winners. We will offer this competition for a week. If we need to, we will extend it. You can submit just a description of your salad if you do not have a picture currently, and we will judge in a not-partisanship fashion. 🤗
