Rising Star Chapter No. 21 started out as Rising Star Chapter No. 14, which is now a part of the Rosemary Grand Chapter. There were three members (Tysi Burrell, Brandi Victorian, and Ustacyous Eagleton), whom left Rising Star #14 and organized Rising Star #21. These three members then joined the Regular Grand Chapter of Texas which was under the Regular Grand Lodge of Texas. Finally, Rising Star #
21 was chartered with the Regular Grand Chapter in March 2008. On March 28, 2010, Rising Star #21 was chartered into the Queen Elizabeth Grand Chapter. We have 1 past Patron, Brian Jasper. What does Rising Star mean? Rising Star means the Sun which is the brightest star. Rising Star is the illuminating Sun in which a star always rises in the East. It has a very powerful meaning and stands for an up-and-coming person: somebody who is becoming ever more famous, influential, or powerful, and who is therefore expected to achieve great success! These two powerful words can be broken down as such: R.I.S.E. (Restore Impact Serve Educate) S.T.A.R. (Sisters Together Always Rise)
Rising Star Chapter No. 21, Order of the Eastern Star will continue to be a viable, relevant, and dynamic organization throughout the city, providing a source of service for both women and men of our communities, continuing to make a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors, and setting an example for others to follow. Rising Star #21 strives for excellence and leads by example, always looking to rise to the top! They stand, WE R.I.S.E.!!
