I bought a house in Orange park about 1 month ago. I got most of my renovations done already but I am on the final stretch. I want to move fast. So fast that if you cannot work immediately please do not apply. I will not hold work, first come first serve. Also do not apply to do a job that you do not feel 100% confident you can do. I will provide a list of fixes I need. Pick what you would like to do on this list with 100% confidence of providing a perfect job. You do not have to do everything just specify what you can do and how much you want to be paid for it either by hour or by job. Either is fine with me.
If you would like to be paid by hour it will be at the end of the day.
If you would like to be paid per job it will be at the end and full completion of each job.
I will pay only 1) Cash App 2) Cash with a filled out 1099 and a written receipt.
I will pay for materials, with you in person.
Please make your response email detailed as I will not call every person that sends me a message with their phone number.
-Mention what job you can do
-Your experience in the job with pictures, & or references
-Your desired wage or compensation
-Your first available start date
You can come by if you would like to quote the job, but this does not guarantee you the job, it will be your own expense, and I will not answer you in person but add you to my notes for a later reply.
An example response format that I would like
"Hey my name is ###XX

I would like to be ### an hour
or I will charge XX for 1, XX for 3, XX for 5
or I can come by and give an estimate understanding this does not guarantee me the job

Now for the tasks
1) I had a Vanity installed. The job wasn't completely finished. The plumber left the sink tubes popped up with wash clothes. I am not sure why he did this but if you can figure it out and make sure it completely works that will be great. 2) The Vanity also has a loose drawer. I want it tightened on tracks so that it works the way it is supposed.
3) Panty Door. I gotten a pantry door redone. The door is mounted but it looks ugly. I want trim attached to it so it looks very pretty, not rough.
4) They are 2 holes in my bathroom shelve. I want them covered and painted over.
5) I have 3 different mirrors I want hung up
6) There is 1-2 holes from a toilet. They need to be sealed and made presentable.
7) Shower head is not secure and moves around
8) Vanity lights turn off when the k**b is turned completely. I want it to be on at the k**bs end point
9) Install a toilet paper holder in a small bathroom
10) I had a plumber crawl through my attic and do some damage. The ac unit is not blowing air to 2 different units but also is very weak in a third. I want these things fixed.
Again you do not have to do every job. Just the ones you can do, price em and give me a start day as well as the confidence to know you can do the job without causing more damage.
