📢 A LITTLE BUSINESS PSA FROM WÀRV CREATES! 💕
I know everybody has their preferred way of communicating, and I completely understand that some people would rather pick up the phone and talk. But when it comes to my business, I prefer to keep most communication through text, email, or DMs. And here’s why. 👇🏽
It’s not about NOT wanting to talk to you. It’s about keeping things organized, having a written record of our conversations, and making sure YOUR vision is created exactly how you described it.
When I’m working on your order, I need to be able to go back and reference what we discussed. And let’s be real, sometimes memories don’t match! 😂 Having everything in writing protects BOTH of us.
Also, every phone call takes time away from actually creating and getting these orders out. With messages, my assistant can help respond while I continue working behind the scenes.
Now, that doesn’t mean I’ll NEVER get on the phone. Sometimes it’s necessary, and that’s perfectly fine. But I do ask that you respect the way I’ve chosen to operate my business. There’s a reason behind it, and it’s a system that works for me AND my customers.
I promise I’m not trying to be difficult. I’m trying to be efficient, organized, and make sure everybody gets what they paid for! ❤️
The less time I spend on the phone, the more time I have to CREATE! ✨
