Not every space should be forced into the latest trend.
Great design listens first.

When I design, I look at the architecture 🏛 the era ⏳ the setting 🌿 and the story the home already wants to tell. Color, pattern, texture, and materials should feel intentional and rooted in context.

When my oldest son received military transfer orders away from Jacksonville, his initial thought was to hand his historic home over to a long-term tenant. As an interior designer, I proposed a different path: converting the property into a high-performing short-term rental to keep it continuously monitored, beautifully maintained, and generating strong revenue.

By honoring regional character with localized details, like this framed St. Johns River map, and applying psychology-informed spatial layouts, we created a resilient retreat that protects his equity every single day from across the globe.
