One spot left - half off! We had a last minute cancellation and have one spot available at our Book Lovers Retreat this weekend, Sept 25-27. We are offering it up half-off for our Facebook followers. Message us if you want to reserve the spot!

View dates for facilitated group retreats - whether a digital detox, a wellness retreat or a nature immersion experience. Our three- and four-day retreats provide a break from the noise so you can reconnect to what’s important.

Wild fermented white pine soda. Natural, delicious, with anti-oxidants & high in vitamin A & C, plus great probiotic.

We just did this. Got 29 chirps in 15 seconds. Added 37, got 66. Spot on.

Did you know crickets can actually give you a pretty good idea of the temperature outside?

It’s called Dolbear’s Law, a relationship between air temperature and how quickly crickets chirp. Generally, the warmer it is, the faster they chirp!

Different cricket species chirp at different rates, so it won’t be exact every time, but it’s a pretty fun backyard weather experiment.

Hear them tonight? Count the chirps, do the math, then check the actual temperature and tell us how close your cricket got!
