Let's talk about being prepared✨
As hosts, we always have to be one step ahead, and having a second option is always a good idea. Lately, we've had problems with our locks 🔒, as the temperature changes are affecting them. Although it is a reasonable problem, it is not an excuse for not giving a good service, that's why we have a backup plan, which makes this problem insignificant and their stay can still be easy and comfortable. 🙌🏼

Hi! We are Tom and Sofia, a couple living in Kansas City servicing the short term rental industry!

It all started during a trip to Colombia, South America. We saw thriving vacation rentals and a community reaping the benefits of tourism. In that moment, something clicked and we knew we had to try it in our hometown, Kansas City.

As soon as we got back, we bought a home in a prime location and turned it into our first short term rental. We fell in-love with the industry , the process, and we obsessed with it. We researched, read, tested ideas, and quickly became subject matter experts.

We decided to put all our knowledge and experience to the service of others and that's when the KC Home Makers was born. Thanks to word of mouth and satisfied customers, we connected with others grew our business.
