Big news for the 2025 season—yelloweye rockfish retention is back! After years of strict regulations, anglers can once again keep these iconic deep-water fish.

However, conservation remains a top priority. For non-residents, the bag and annual limit is strictly 1 yelloweye per year to help protect this species for future generations.

Let’s fish responsibly and keep these bright orange beauties around for years to come! 🎣
