Wishing this pint sized bombshell a very happy birthday today. I’m seeing a theme with the birthday friends we’ve posted these past few days… they are all the life of the party, happy campers who are always smiling and down for a good time! Des is all that and more. She’s usually the first one on the dance floor, last to leave, is so patient and understanding with us even on our busiest days and as long as she has a drink with a bendy straw, she’s quite content. Never a dull moment when he, his wife Missy, and friends are around. If you’ve ever been to Hook’s while Courtney is camping with us you know it’s a time for laughs, hilarious stories, random costumes, shenanigans and even a little tikes kitchen (rescued from the flood) that she converted to a mini bar. Wishing Kevin a very happy birthday today and a wonderful year ahead. He and his wife Melissa came to Hooks Landing for the first time with friends a few years ago on St Patrick’s day and have been “hooked” ever since. They started as campers but quickly became our friends. Kevin, we hope your day is filled with all the things that bring you joy and we look forward to seeing you guys next weekend.
