Another cleaner made a post about what was blamed on them. Which wouldn’t and isn’t their fault. But while scrolling through the comments, a lady responded with the comment in the picture below. I couldn’t agree more. We have multiple properties, we are the busiest place for airbnb and Vrbo vacations with the lowest pay, and we are not “trained” for all maintenance. It really does benefit the owner more to have a regularly scheduled preventative maintenance check done monthly and all maintenance issues handled by an actual maintenance person. Us as cleaners yes, do what we can. But PM checks are sooooo very beneficial

Saw this today and couldn’t agree more with both of these women. It truly isn’t balancing out anymore.

People want luxury, rates are super low, cleaners are paid low for longer and harder cleans, trash is getting ridiculous and it’s taking its toll on cleaners in our Smoky Mtn area.

Just a recap on reviews the past couple of months! Truly love my properties, guests and owners. We do not ever claim to be perfect, but we do put our hearts into each guest and each stay.

Pictures are worth a million words.

We send pictures after every clean upon request. In return if their is a complaint we do ask that it is brought to our attention immediately. Not next day and with pictures. We can not be aware of what was truly missed or not done without them.
