Most people never think about this…

Tiny houses on wheels are limited by transportation height restrictions, which means the trailer itself takes away valuable interior height before the house is even built.

That’s one of the biggest reasons site-built tiny houses can feel dramatically different inside.

When a tiny house is under construction, dust gets everywhere — and that includes your HVAC system.

In tiny homes, mini-split systems work harder because they condition the entire space. After construction, something as simple as cleaning the mini-split filter can help maintain airflow, efficiency, and long-term performance.

This is basic homeowner maintenance and a smart step to take before moving in or turning the system on full-time.
