Pleased to announce an addition/acquisition to the JLHM portfolio effective March 21, 2024, bringing us to 15 hotels strong.

Welcome the Denali Park Hotel in Healy, Alaska (close to Denali National Park and our Grande Denali Lodge and Denali Bluffs Hotel).

The Denali Park Hotel features 48 exterior lodging units; is recognized for its iconic Alaska Railroad train cars and of course is a seasonal property. We plan on some upgrades in the not-too-distant future. Check out the website below which is currently in the process of being re-designed along with a new logo. All very exciting.

Chris Scheffer will be overseeing the property globally as Denali Area Managing Director (Grande Denali Lodge, Denali Bluffs Hotel and now the Denali Park Hotel) and Ty Hunt has been promoted from his previous role at the Denali properties to Operations Manager reporting to Chris. Congrats to Ty.
